Detectives almost always get subpoena packets within only 24 hours after a district court schedules a hearing.
Courtesy notices for Probable Cause Conferences give OICs the chance to provide plea input even when not subpoenaed.
Detectives now have a process to have the system notify APAs about unavailability, reducing the risk of last-minute adjournment requests.
The Prosecutor's Office made it easier to transition cases from a retiring or transferring OIC to a new OIC.
Detectives can now see all of their upcoming court hearings in a one-stop shop on the Law Enforcement Portal.
These achievements are even more remarkable given the flood of digital evidence in various formats, which require more time per case to review.
